New Make Up Mondays!
Since I've been living both half In London and half in Brighton, I thought it could be a good excuse to buy brand new make-up to leave at home, so I have some in both places! And here's the start of the new make-up:
I only really use Rimmel's - Lasting Finish foundation number 200, it's a good price and the colour is perfect for my complexion. But if I do buy new make-up I like to shop around a bit, as there are always new products being released across brands so it's good to occasionally (if your bored of your normal brand) try a different type..you may prefer it.
NEW Brow Satin - Medium Brown |
Cost: £5.99
This is Maybelline's first precise pen + filling powder Duo! Personally I am not a fan of the twist function to get the pen out, as I feel that they break very easily and they don't tent to last long. However, it's not too expensive so I would buy this as a secondary eyebrow applicator. It includes a powder one the end, which fills in gaps to give a really nice matte finish. I always normally used and recommended to EVERYONE Sleek's Brow Kit, it's by far the best colour, texture and overall ease of application I have ever used when doing my brows.
Colour Show Lipstick 630 (Nude Perfection) |
Cost: £4.99
I recently used a friend's MAC lipstick, Mehr - a similar colour to this one from Maybelline. But is more than half the price, as a student I went the cheap skate way! It has a really nice matte finish to it, super easy to apply and it stays on for the whole night! I wear this in the day and also at night to add subtle colour to my look.
